LaSertoma International unites service-minded people to enhance lives through youth, education, literacy, and community projects. Our clubs operate across the U.S. and Canada, organized into Regions.
Each Region elects an International Director who, along with International Officers elected at our annual convention, forms the International Board of Directors.
The Board meets three times per year: immediately after the International Convention, at a Midterm Meeting (February), and just before the next Convention.

Local clubs choose local sponsorships; Regions coordinate leadership and training; the International level provides governance, insurance, branding, resources, and unity of purpose.

Current International Officers, current International Directors, two most recent Past International Presidents (voting), plus advisory participation by other Past International Presidents; a Parliamentarian is appointed by the International President.

The outgoing President becomes Chair of the Board; the President-Elect becomes President at the start of the fiscal year.

Scholarships (including nursing focus), youth recognition and volunteer programs, literacy initiatives, and camperships.

Children’s Hospital – Love from LaSertoma.

Insurance coverage, service-hours guidance, fundraising best practices, and recognized traditions that build culture and continuity.
Honoring our legacy through color, emblem, and tradition.

LASERTOMA SONG
(Music is the Notre Dame Victory March)
LASERTOMA, that is our name
Helping each other, that is our aim,
Many things we all can do,
Working together through and through
When we meet and friends we greet,
Real enjoyment that can’t be beat,
LA S – E – R – T – O – M – A
LaSertoma leads the way.
LaSertoma, that is our name,
Service to Mankind, that is our aim,
Sponsorships and projects too,
Bind us with loyal friendships true,
Aiding our youth to build leadership,
Helping their growth with our Scholarships,
Yes, we keep our standards high,
Our limit’s the open sky.
First verse composed by St. Louis, Missouri, LaSertoma Club.
Second verse composed by Mrs. Levi E. Reynolds, Salt Lake City, Utah, Past President LaSertoma International.
LASERTOMA PLEDGE TO ALL NATIONS
I pledge allegiance to the flag of my country
and to those principles for which it stands.
To honor and obey the laws of my country
and dedicate my service to maintain and protect
the freedoms we enjoy under God.
(as revised in 1981 by Mrs. R. B. Buchele and Mrs. James J. Casey, Past Presidents of LaSertoma International)
