Mission Statement

To enhance the lives of all persons and to promote youth and education through public awareness as we strive to be “Leaders in Service to Mankind.”

LaSertoma International is a service organization with clubs across the United States and Canada, organized into Regions and led by an International Board of Directors. We focus on practical, local service—especially youth, education, and literacy—backed by scholarships and community programs.

Scott Williston ---- Membership Challenge

Our impact goes a lot further than we can see and understand. EXP: Scholarships from International, Club and foundations. Helping a legally blind young Lady become a speech pathologist for the Children’s Treatment Centre. She was inspired by her sister who has hearing and speech issues. B.U.I.L.Ding hope one person at a time that impacts many.

What we need to do is each find one new member, for every new member gives hope to our communities we B.U.I.L.D, we become stronger and more impactful in lives of those in our communities we strive to help.

Every act of kindness plants a seed for a better tomorrow. When we give our time, we give hope. As we B.U.I.L.D a brighter future — one volunteer at a time

Being the inspiration for our clubs to inspire a youth movement, without younger members our clubs will soon not exist that would hurt all our communities.

We also need to invest in our current membership, keep them engaged and busy helping our communities - this will inspire grow and retention.

Live the beliefs of LaSertoma every day not just talk about them.

Doing for others should not be a question but an Action lived the best we can!
